I was wondering what you guys think of me setting up my w/c loop as follows:

Pump1=120gph
Pump2-250gph

res (w/ pump 1 & 2 submersed)

pump1 --->CPU --->NB --->RAD ---> RES

pump2 ---> GPU pelt/wb ---> RES

Or vice versa w/ the pumps. Basicly my problem is that my pelt (80w) isnt getting cold at at all (gpu temps are apprx 80º-90ºF) and im thinking its because the water flow isnt so great so I wanted to single it out and put a pump of its own on it.

You're going to probably want the GPU and NB on the same circuit at least. Also, you'll want another radiator for Pump 2's circuit - otherwise, it's going to be tough to dissipate the heat of two pumps, two blocks, and a pelt.
