I OCed my Q6600 to 3.0ghz and it runs stable and everything. I have Corsairs TWIN2X2048-6400C4 memory running at 5-5-5-15-2t and says they can be set to 4-4-4-12 @ 2.1v. I'm not really sure what to do with the memory, if it would better to lower the times or not, also my fsb to ram is 5:6. Should i lower the times and change it to 1t? Also is there something i should do with the ratio to fsb and ram? thanks in advance.

Well lower timings are faster (4-4-4-12 > 5-5-5-15) but I doubt that you'd even notice it unless your benching. I'm not sure if your ram can do 1T, I'd rather just oc it.
