Any cpu water block that fits intel lga775 should work with your motherboard, as for the chipset you will need to use a universal block if you want to water cool it.

I would agree with muddocktor I have that cooler on my duel core 2.66 and it works great but on a quad 2600k at 4.4 I would want a cooler with a 120mm fan on it.

I see most people get a bonus for using the rear fan as an intake for the h series coolers. so I would set it up in a intake myself.
