Quick question about the H70, I have a Noctua which might be too big for my RAM. What kind of maintenance does the H70 require? Does the liquid inside need to be refilled every few months?

After updating BIOS, RAM not running on stock timings

I've got 4GB of Crucial Ballistix DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) and it's running at 400 Mhz instead of 800. Is the 400 doubled to 800 because of the RAM being dual channel or do I still have to tweak it?

Unhappy By default, should my CPU speed be this low?

Finished with my new PC build and didn't touch any settings for the CPU, RAM, or GPU. Do mobos sometimes lower these numbers on their own?

New build boots and sees all components but Vista can't see SATA HDD

Everything seems to be working correctly but when I try to install Vista, it can't detect a HDD to install it on. In BIOS, the mobo sees it. I'm using 1 SATA 320GB HDD.

1 on the bottom and inside the case
1 behind the CPU on the back of the case
1 on the CPU cooler
