Looks good to me, the only thing i would change personally is the Green. I would upgrade it to a black if you are going to be running your games/programs from it.

I am running my q6600 at 3.7ghz under a TRUE 120 and a P5Q mobo. It was very easy to get there and only at ~1.35v. Still plays most games just fine.
