I think i would start with the athlon and hyper...

I think i would start with the athlon and hyper 212 to start then upgrade the rest as dollars allow.
I have an a6 6400k on a bottom of the line gigbytes board, going to 2000 ram with the piles...

I use an mora mounted to the back of my desk out of sight, I work at a podium type desk, I stand up to work and with this setup nobody has any idea there is a monster rad in the house.

on denabs and vcore, your good to around 1.62 WITH CORE TEMPS 55-60 MAX.
around 1.62 (in the bios) they tend to get unstable.

you could splice it into the 24 pin connector, psu start/shutdown circuit but that would only shut down the dc side of the psu, not kill the ac input.

the vrm for amd is on the motherboard, that is why the case exaust got so hot with that.
the vrm is on the cpu with this cpu so the cpu makes all the heat.
