I found out I had to set the voltage really high...

I found out I had to set the voltage really high (1.8V) in bios to get it to post. Yet when in windows it only showed 1.44 VCore. This solved the problem.

After doing some more studies I have decided to scrap this idea for now. The main reason being after all this trouble it will only probably be a couple degrees below ambient temperature.
