Um you get in trouble because a host allows remote-linking? That makes no sense to me. If they don't want it they shut it off (ala Geocities, Care2 etc). You aren't responsible for what the people do...

Uh why would you make a sniper gun less accurate? They're supposed to be. They should make it harder to hit when people are strafing or jumping around, but crouched/prone is fine.
