As ED said, 4 sticks will add more stress and this is amplified (stability wise) when your timings are on the edge of what the RAM can do.

I would try resetting the CMOS and let the BIOS go back...

I get about the same temps with a GTX360 and 3 delta fans.... So I doubt you'll get a lot lower. Nothing wrong with the temps though! Very comfortable temps for the CPU & GPU....

It wouldn't really matter as the edge of the barb and the threads are not sealing surfaces... It should seal against the o-ring when properly sized and tightened.

FWIW RAID 5 is no panacea of arrays... it has its own pit falls such as poor write speeds and rebuild failures due to URE's which are more predominate on cheaper (non-enterprise) hard drives...
