Difference is P4 didn't crutch the fate of an entire company. I didn't quite feel personally embarassed watching the P4 hit the streets. This is just awful to watch a company make so many mistakes....

You can pretty much mount one anywhere. With the two PSU mounting options you go top or bottom. With that size case you definitely should use a 3x120mm radiator....
