How to turn off HDMI Overscan

Context: i just installed a new motherboard and a active adapter so i can FINALLY get my eyefinity working, but my hdmi port(trust me to misspell port as porn) has shrinked from the sides by a good CM.

I'd turned overscan off on the Monitor settings and can't change anything in CCC

Try going to an older version of CCC. I had to do this on my HTPC after windows update downloaded the latest version.

I wanna say pre 10.4 maybe.
