Thanks everyone for help with my homemade water block project.

I was chatting to my Dad last night about this water cooling business, and he suggested that I just get a very small compressor driven fridge, and remove the whole compressor system. He then suggesting attaching the cold plate that is normally buried inside the fridge to my CPU.

has anyone tried this? Does it work? Cos it sure sounds like fun!!

if your gonna try it. dont get the "smallest" one you can find. IMHO it takes abot a 8-10 cubic foot to be able to handle the loads
