What would be my best choice for RAM on my Asus Sabertooth p67 with a i7 2600k, the Vengeance 8gb 1866MHz CL9-10-9-27 1.5v or the Vengeance 8gb 1600MHz CL8-8-8-24 1.5v? Purchasing tomorrow need your advice (performance wise) please and thank you.

I'd go 1600-8-8-8, it'll probably be faster then the 1866-9-10-9, and stands a decent chance of doing 1866-9-9-9.

Thanks for the quick response guys. I'll go with the 1600 cas8 then.

Just an FYI. The way that I have seen a lot of bins work like this, it's usually the other way around. An 1866C9 kit has a MUCH greater chance of also running 1600C8 than the other way around. "IF" the 1600C8 kit could do 1866C9 on our tests, we'd bin it and sell it as an 1866C9, not a 1600C8. Of course, a tiny bump of DRAMv may solve all of this anyway.
