Buy it from PCCG. Or MSY if you've got one close to you.. That you can drive to. Importing is only worth it for small items. E.G i got a mod on the forums to buy a Crucial M4 128GB for me when it was 130 bucks on newegg; arrived the other day; works like a charm. 150 bucks total with shipping. So was well worth it. Saved a good 50+ dollars. But larger items definitely not worth it.

There's a site called 'Linke'. Look that up. Things like an SSD you could buy from there a little cheaper. They're a fairly major company in Hong Kong. So don't worry about fraud, etc. They're not some crappy little story lol. By major I mean.. It's like PCCG for Hong Kong. Where it's one of the most used e-tailers. But ships worldwide =)

my laptop is a bit uncooperative atm, so i cant upload a photo of the pccg cart so far. but ill write it here instead.

i really wanted to add a 560 Ti but it pushes the price (incl shipping) too close to $1000. are there any equally powerful graphics cards that are cheaper on pccg? i don't prefer any brand so go wild :D

The HD 6870 is still a solid Card. :). I'd opt for the Antec Three Hundred Two if you can squeeze that it with a HD 6870. the orginal 300 is good. But its aging now and lacks a few features.

mmkay, so ill go for the three hundred two case and a sapphire 6870 in each. but what about OEM windows 7? should i get this or not. as you may have noticed, the in tight budget i cant afford proper win 7, so should i get OEM or buy the full version and downgrade the pc further?

It doesn't Knufire. The Antec Neo Eco series does NOT come with a power cable =).

And yes; there is.

http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=18977

Buy 2 of these. For your RAM. That's 14 bucks saved. =).

Heatspreaders are just there for looks. They really aren't required lol.

PS: The Antec Three Hundred two is 79 not 69.. XD. If you wanted; you could look at this. For the 69. Or the Bitfenix Shinobi. For 65. The Sharkoon T9 value cases are decent too; 69 as well.

the reason i went for the aeres was that they have a 1600mhz clock speed these two sticks dont though. is there a noticeable difference or is it just a way to hike the price a bit?

okay that is quite impressive, but i cant help feeling if i dont add a 560 ti ill be missing out on better fps. hmmm. ok what could (or should) i downgrade to offset the cost of the 560 ti ($59 extra) i probably will still settle for the 6870 though.

EDIT: just checked out msy and i must say im impressed. but of RAM, which will be compatible with my build http://www.msy.com.au/default.jsp?category=30&page=1

EDIT 2: ok then im not buying msy. just read all of the reviews and i am pretty disgusted tbh.
