Water, Propane, or Refridgerator?

propane is a type of refrigerant, its like using r134a, but it has its own qualities... r22 i think is the best or something like r409 or something..
 
If I remember right, the temperature/ pressure curves of propane are very close to R-12. Compatibility with seals and oil in the compressor would be another problem. (I think it is compatible with most) The kaboom factor seems to be the big hold up. Slim chance in a well ventelated room granted, but still possible. A couple of drop in alteratives.

OK, thanks! BTW, charcoal is still the best to grill with. :D OK, Refridgeration is the coldest, right?
