VisionTek GeForce2 Ultra 64MB w/TV-Out..Is it good?

I am not sure, but I might buy this video card.(VisionTek GeForce2 Ultra 64MB w/TV-Out)
So, I need you guy's opinions . =)
I saw this on Pricewatch.com, and it is $205+ S&H.

Or buying GeForce 3? .... it's too expensive for me...... =(

Excellent card. Great for gaming for any of today's. You'll get top performance for quite a while with that card.
