MSI KT3 Ultra2

Well I've had the non-aru for a while now and its great... no problems at all. But when my Asus A7V133 started giving me trouble, I bought another new MSI KT3 Ultra. When I was looking on newegg, there was a $77 one like the one I already have, and an $85 MSI KT3 Ultra2. I went ahead and got the Ultra2 and it should be here later today. Does anyone know the difference?

Its just the bluetooth and usb 2 are standard on this mobo otherwise the same and improved I hope.

The Ultra2 has the V8235 South Bridge instead of the V8233A.
