what do i change to improve speed for folding
sdram cycle =2
interlwave=4
precharge trp =3t
active to pre. = 6t
active to camand = 3t
dram qeue =4
dram command rate =1t:D :D :D

IIRC from my old AK31:

sdram cycle =2 -> OK
interlwave=4 -> OK
precharge trp =3t -> change to 2T
active to pre. = 6t -> change to 5T
active to camand = 3t -> change to 2T
dram qeue =4 -> Dunno, my Rev 2 BIOS didn't have this
dram command rate =1t -> OK

About the active to precharge setting. Usually changing this setting to 5t will give you little or no performance and it can cause instability in some cases so try getting the other settings tweaked first before trying this or if it becomes unstable with the aggressive settings change this back to 6t.

settings

The same is true for command rate. 2t is more stable and may allow you to get more FSB. 1T does offer marginal improvement.
