Jumper for CPU host on 8k3a+??

Ok, I know I prolly sound like an idiot here since there are only two jumpers on this whole board, but what exactly does the CPU host (100/133mhz) jumper do? Where should I put it for an AMD XP2100+ and PC3000 RAM? Thanks.

put it at 133mhz, because that is what FSB the XP runs at stock. thats basically for default FSB's so if you have a duron, you can set it to 100mhz.
