Ok...about Memory

I recently bought 2 sticks of PC3200 512 DDR Mushkin memory sticks. I am running an athlon 2000+ with it oced to 1.8ghz. on a Soyo Dragon +. Is me running the PC 3200 the same as if i was running PC 2700 because of my Via 266?

yes,the 3200 is overkill for the D+.
