Is This 8K3A+ Bench Good?

Running at 206 cas2 in the bios but Sandra says 207.

Seems average for that speed, maybe a little low, what bios are you using? 2312 supposedly gives the best mem scores, you might want to try with that bios if you are not already using it. What mem do you have?
