Hey, my main rig just d/l'ed a new core, FahCore_78. Does anyone know what this is? it doesn't appear to do normal frames like we're used to.

the protein is a "de novo protein in water"

Looks like you got a Genome unit. You can specify FAH only in the setup.

no. you have a gromacs WU.

it uses core_78 instead of core_65.

Welcome to the new and faster(especially on a P4) Gromacs WUs!!! let us know how it goes Fold on!!!





Edit: Faster as in more actual work in less time. It could actually take longer for the WUs to complete but Stanford is getting more out of it and P4s should be closer to Athlons with these cores

cool, although I think I somehow lost the work :-(

when I got back from work, the cpu was idling, so I closed the client, reopened, and was informed that it was missing its work files (after it was at 90% done).

so now I have a p200_villin.

btw, foldmonitor didn't know to do with it, so it only displays the total time elapsed.
