Does anyone know if AMD plans to release a Dual chipset for MP processors that will support AGP 8x?

Probably not. At least not for quite a while. Dualies tend to be aimed towards being stable. AGP 8x isn't a proven technology yet, and is probably not totally stable.

not to mention the fact that agp8x isnt in the mainstream yet, and that duallys arent meant for heavy gaming
