Sony memory stick

I have a sony clie PEG-NR70V, and I have 3 regulare memory sticks of 128mb each with it. Now, I tried to copy mp3 on then so I could listen to music on my clie, but it wouldn't work, cause I was supposed to use a magic gate memory stick. Now, I heard there's a way to copy music on regulare memory sticks. If anyone knows how to do so, can you please help me so.

Go out and pick up a Zio USB memory stick reader http://www.microtechint.com/zio/ . Put in the memory stick and drag and drop from explorer. Works great.

I finally got to learn how to drag and drop mp3's from my computer to my clie, but not long ago, I dropped my clie and it won't read my memory stick nomore
