i know this doesn't belong here, but please read it!
i am trying to capture some homevideos which are on VHS on my comp and make a VCD out of them...
i have used premier before, but i used digital camera...
now i have to use S-Video..
my capture card is actually my MSI GeForce 2 Ti which has Video in and out capability..
i know the quality might suck, but doesn't matter to me for old homevideos.
anyway, i got it working in adobe premier, however it is in black and white....
there is a possibility, the tape was recorded using a SECAM camera...which is rare in your area...
if anyone could help, i would really appreciate.

I've used Premier but I don't have it installed right now.

However I know that VirtualDub can capture from SECAM.

http://www.virtualdub.org/download

Download it, then File->Capture Avi

Then you should choose your source(s-video) and format(secam) from the video menu.

You should be good to go.

Reply if you need any help,
Good luck
