What rating of a pelt? You can take two of the 12v @ 12.5 A and hookum together and get a good PSU for a 226w pelt.
make a nice plexi or wood case for them with a single 60mm fan. put a few neons in the case. (plexi) that will be one pimpin pelt psu and at a decent price.

Yes, you could hook two of those supplies up in parallel, and if you know what the issues are, and you address them it can work.

However, if you don't know what you are doing, you are likely to end up with two dead power supplies and a dead CPU.
