    NTFS in 2k and XP

I know that Windows XP and Windows 2000 use different versions of the NTFS 5.x Filesystem, but my question is: can 2k read and write XP's NTFS, and visa-versa?

    And NT4 needs SP5(or 6, I can't remember) to read NTFS5.x from either 2K or XP.
