I dont know who makes it, but i need to see some specs on it to see how much ram and what type to use...

theres a sis 5571 chip on it, a winbond w25p2407t-6 chip and a
smc fdc37c6690f j9641 - 6444 chip.

thats all i can see on the board.
its a socket 7 board with 3 isa 3pci 2 simm and 2dimm slots.

The FCC ID number should be silkscreened on the board somewhere. Check the backside of the board, and around the PCI slots.

you might try http://www.motherboards.org/ they have a searchable database by chipset, features,etc.
