Car cigerate lighter to molex?

I just picked some lighting stuff for my computer today.
It was meant for a car, and uses a car cigerate lighter.

It runs off 12VDC. I am going to just hook it up to my PSU.

My question is, which part is ground and which is +12V?

My guess is that the outside part is ground and the inner part that sticks out the end is the +12V, but I have no real idea.

You can take that connector apart or simply snip the wire. The wires inside should be color-coded.

Red = Positive
white/black = Negative/ground
