Which one is better performance/noise wise?
I havent been able to find one test which compares them both :(

Well, I would get the FOP. It cools better, and the Orb's has a bad mounting system, that has resulted in many cracked cores.

The FOP-32 does not have the best clip system either, if you intend to install and remove it while the motherboard is in the case. That, having been said, it is a very effective heatsink. It does well with the YS-Tech 26cfm 60mm fan, but a lot better with an 80mm fan, which can be adapted fairly easily.
