Anybody know if the AX-7 will fit on this board ? And a recommendation for a quiet fan to keep the dualies down to a soft murmur, rather than a loud roar ?

Dunno if they will fit or not. I know the MSI K7D Master (-L) don't have much space.

As for quiet, my fans on my Glacialtech Igloo 2310 coolers are OK. Almost silent and keep CPU temp between 45 and 50, with no case ventilation cept one PSU fan.

I use SVC GC68's with stock fan on my Tyan 2460 w/ XP1600's.

The system isn't overclocked, but my temperatures stay within 45-50C, running full load.

I've used a couple Speeze 5R265B1H3's that Joe reviewed a few weeks ago. They yielded better temps, but were a little noisier than my GC68's.

The Speeze heatsinks cost $8/piece from Newegg. The SVC GC68's are $6/piece from svcompucycle.com
