Need help with a Gigabyte GA-7VAXP

I am working on a Gigabyte board, it had a cooling problem on the CPU, so I took the HSF off and cleaned it all up, and added ASII, I put it all back together, and it refuses to post at all, no beeps, no nothing... so I decided I'd try a diff CPU, and the same thing happens with the new CPU, I know the CPU works, because the 2nd one I tried, is the CPU I am typing on right now. anyway... I'm not even sure how to clear the BIOS of this stupid thing... so any ideas would be rather helpful, thank you!

Take out the battery and then replace should do it.
