Which 100MHz fsb Duron was the best at getting to 133fsb?

Looking to upgrade the family computer, and just curious about the 100MHz fsb Durons getting to 133fsb.

Any duron upto the 1200 (including it) will unlock just by penciling the L1s, no need to fill pits or anything, just take a pencil and connect the bridges and you got an unlocked CPU. so you can take the FSB as high as it will go.
If you don't want to unlock a duron 600-650 will do 133MHz FSB no sweat

Durons

A 1000 Mhz Morgan Duron has a good shot at 133 FSB without unlocking. Although unlocking most Durons is a breeze anyway...
