it might be real....

My friend who works in TW for cooler master, he told me it is super cheap to make heatsink, what is expensive is the molding and also the CPU Fan. He told me once that the entire Heatsink + Fan cost is about US $ 3~4

I think you meant extrusion. Molded copper gets corroded faster.
The material cost of copper is not that high in bulk quantities and as long as the machining time is low, the cost will be too.
