power leads and noisy fans

lo all,

I have just got a digidoc5 for my birthday and want to connect my 120mm intake fan to it, but it had 4 pin molex and i need 3pin. I can only find 3pin->4 pin converters. Do 4->3 pin exist, if so please tell me a link.

I also have a bloody noisy 120mm YS-Tech fan, does anyway know where to buy a rheostat in the UK, as everywhere i know is sold out!!
