Ok guys I have never updated a bios before and I have a question maybe 2.
I downloaded latest from abit site and it is an exicutible. The manual says that it can't be done in windows and must be pure dos mode and shows insturctions for using a .bin file. Also says download should be 2 files. Well I found a .bin file from a link in forums.
abit bd7ii raid board.
Do I create a boot disk and run exe there or what?
Thanks
Hawk

If I remember right, execute in the folder you saved it to, and you'll have a subfolder with the .bin file, Awardflash, and a readme file. Save the BIOS file and flash utility to the floppy, and away you go.
