Msi KT4 Ultra or KT4VL?

I am posting on behalf of a friend looking at these two motherboards.

he is undecided about which to go for- and i no very little about the msi range of boards.

anybody with any knowledge of which would be better please voice your opions.

he does not require any onboard sound, and if its a good overclcoking board that would be a big bonus.

They both have the same chipset but the two models have some different options.
The KT4VL has onboard LAN and onboard Bluetooth support

The KT4 Ultra does not have regular onboard LAN as an option. But It does have options (depending on the designation of board you get) for Bluetooth andSerial ATA RAID.

Both boards have onboard audio but the KT4 Ultra has a better audio chipset (C-Media 8738MX 6-channel)

My buddy has the KT4VL, he likes it....
