Hi guys.. I'm finally going deaf... I have an 80CFM delta screamer
with 12VDC, 0.90a current and 10.80W Power in....
what's a good size Variable resistor or hreostat should I use....
please list both the requirements of the resistor and hreostat so I can decided which would be easier...

Thanks in advanced...

That rheostat is only rated to .7A max current and 5W max wattage. His uses .9A and 10.8W at 12VDC.

The type of setup they found would work, though, but you have to be sure that the rheostat will handle both the current and the wattage.

The fantex fanbus I've seen floating around here woudl do it, for example ... -- Paul
