My AIUGA 0241 still can't hit 2Ghz. The max i can hit 12.5x158 at 1.74 vcore. This damn Asus A7V333 can't allow me set more then 1.7 voltage. I'm cooling by Volcano 7 at 6800rpm. What can i do to join in 2Ghz club?

1800 Tbred aiuga is kickin!

Check it out. Have had my KT3U2 for about 2 weeks. One of the nicest and easiest boards to setup, and at a great price too. Newegg = $85.00 US

Been playing with my old Duron 900 and had that thing running at a FSB of 154mhz!!!and 1.08ghz. Just waiting to decide what upgrade processor to throw at it to get the best perfromance for the least amount of money. Christmas coming up and I really shouldn't be spending on myself (at least for a few weeks -- NOT).
I was waffling between the XP1600+ (agoia) or the XP1700+ TBred) at newegg. Both real close to the same price.

Well today I had to go to the local PC store for a minor part for one of my test-bed machines and while I was there I decided to look over their prices on CPUs and See if they would be at all competative. Wouldn't you know that they had the XP1800+ TBred for $84.00 that is actually cheaper than what I could get from Newegg for that CPU. (I live in Alaska, 21 dollars to ship minimum)

Well, that Tbred turned out to be the kickin AIUGA core of TBred.
After about an hour of burn in and playing around I decided to see what this baby has got in her. She's got alot!!!
First I dropped the multiplier to 10.5 , raised the vcore just a little bit to 1.575 (actually turned out to be 1.55v), then raised the FSB to 166mhz. That turned out to be 167.2 X 10.5 = 1756 mhz (1.756 ghz) and after 20 min. of burnin the cpu temp actually went as high as 32C (with a Vantec CCk-6027D copper cooler).

These Tbreds are unlocked and on the KT3U2 mb you will have use of all the multipliers from 12.5 on dowm. You only need to close the L3 number 5 bridge to have access to the higher multipliers. But you don't need those because you will have all the ones you need because you will want to crank the FSB instead.

I decide to see if she would go higher with out upping the vcore. Sho Nuf. 167.2 X 11= 1839mhz (1.84ghz) with temps only going up 1 degree to 33C. I am going to stop here for a few days and let this puppy burn in for a while before I see if she will do 2 ghz. So for the price of a XP2200+ I have a MSI KT3U2 mobo and TBred 1800+ and have it running faster than the XP2200+. SWEEEEET !!! These 1800 Tbreds (aiuga cores ) have got to be the new low-cost OC demon.
