Please Help - !! Help !! Help

My comp use to be set as a 11.5 multiplier, but after i tried to unlock it, changed to 11 and then "locked" it back cause it was unsuccesful. It seemed to be back to normal but the multipluiier was still 11, why doesnt it go back to 11.5 ? HELP!

It sounds like one of the bridges still may be connected, recheck to make sure no conductive material is in the pit between the bridges,clean thoroughly with acetone.
