ATI 9700 / 9700 Pro , differences ?

I am looking at new cards and found a ATI Radeon 9700 for $250 new or a ATI Radeon 9700Pro for $305. I am leaning towards the 9700 for $250 because the cheapest Gf4 Ti 4600 i found was also $250 so why not get more performance for the $$$$. What are would I get in the PRO card that is no in the regular 9700

the 9700 is clocked lower....imho it is a better deal
