HOW do you boost the 9700 pro card?

how do you do this. I knew how too with the Geforce 4 I had , but this card doesnt have the tweaks that the 4 did......

Depends on the manufacturer of the card. I use either Rage3D Tweaker (if you get it, look if it has or doesn't have the F@H client built in.) or the OC utility I got on my cards CD.
There are stuff like powerstrip, but I like Rage3D tweaker for its ability to fix the refresh rate problem of win2k/xp and not need a reaply even after a driver change.
