Technically, you shouldn't RMA it after replacing the 'sink as that constitutes modification of hardware.

I have a blue orb and some artic alumina epoxy laying around. Sometime this weekend I think I am going to throw that on there. I haven't used the blue orb yet. Should it cool a good deal better than the HS that is on there?
Really I am not sure that my HS is too hot. it is very warm (i would not call it hot) when oced up to 200fsb. Still I get some issues at these high fsb settings so its worth a shot.

Yes, it will do a much better job than the 'sink currently on there. When I replaced mine, I got another 2MHz on the FSB. I should loosen my RAM timings and go higher
