Look like an eheim, is It?

I was looking for a manufacturer of pumps and i found this.

This is a picture of one of their submersible pumps


It look very similar to an eheim, could it be?
If not, can you use a submersible pump like inline?

These pumps are very cheap like a 768GPH for $20.00

The only thing o found on their website is that it dosent says for that model that can be used inline, thats why i ask if a submersible pump can be also as inline without the manufacturer saying so.

The other one im look at is the Ocean Runner fro Aqua Medics. The model 2500 has a 700GPH over 2.6m. Its not that cheap but much cheaper than most, arround 50.00
