(yea i know it not totally accurate)
no radiator (just a pump in a bucket)

i think if i can get creative cooling the water resevoir i can get this below 0c. The water heats up really fast. With a fresh bucket of ice water I'm at 1C. (fsb at 148)

the block itself, would you say it is much better than the old 462UH (thats the one i think) ?

With a water temperature that low you are going to have condenstation.
