just got a 2100+ tbreb B

im new to this place so im going to have lots of questions but my first question is I just got a tbred b 2100 and im planning on getting an nforce2 board to go with it maybe a a7n8x or 8rda but as of now i have an old soyo k7va will the cpu work with my current board or should i just hold off till i get my new nforce2 board

I would say so iam holding on my memory which should be here tommorrowor tuesday.
P.S. i put my chip in to make sure it worked and took it out been sitting for about 2 weeks now.
