Lost keyboard and Mouse

A - minor - annoyance with below system is that upon restarting it quite often "loses" the keyboard and mouse. (This happens anywhere from 166-183-200MHz FSB system never ran lower). I then have to manually shut it down and start it up again, and it's ok. Nevertheless is there a remedy?

it is a problem plaguing many as well...

I have this problem when I OC too much and the system blue screen... I will lose my p/s2 keyboard... holst @ aoa forum suggested it was psu related... however, I use the same psu as him but still got this problem... I have to unplug the power cable, p/s2 cable and then plug them back in again in order to get my keyboard work again
