I was on USPC today order my tubing, when i noticed what i believe to be mislabeled tubing.

"Clear Tubing For Chemcials 1/2" I.D. 5/8" O.D. and 1/16" wall"
isn't that a 1/8" wall?

and

"Clear Tubing For Chemcials 1/2" I.D. 3/4" O.D. and 1/8" wall"
isn't that a 1/4" wall?
 
No, it's labeleled correctely. you have to add 2 times the wall thickness to the inside diameter to get the outside diameter. Unless of course you are thinking of buying tubing with only half of the inside diameter covered by a wall.. might have some water leakage there!
 
Yea I would get the 1/8" stuff too. I got the 3/32" stuff and it was difficult to route because it was kinking too much.
