On the disk that came with your mb there is a program called Asus Update. First download the bios you want to flash to, extract it if necessary, then use Asus Update to flash from the file. It works great.
 
I heard that when burning in your cpu. the best way to do it is by lowering the fsb and muti as low as possible and up the vcore as much as possible while keeping an eye on temps for 24 hours, and then overclock and burn again??

any opinions on this?
Right now I have toast running since it creates more heat than prime. my 2100 is running at 800mhz lol vcore at 1.95v and its at 46c full load.
