CPU waterblock question

hmmmm... i have a question for you guys. From what i have seen on overclockers.com all the cpu waterblocks have two hose attachments. The one that came with my kit has three. I am very confused whats the extra hose attachment on my cpu block for.

Some of the newer blocks have 1 input and 2 output's...

The middle is your input and the ends are outputs..

the middle barb is for the water inlet

and the two barbs closest to the ends are for the outlets

you need a Y pice to connect the two outlets back into one hose.

Here is page to all my links. The only that sucks is that i think i will have to mount my pump outside the case so i can use my pci solts and whatnot. Also i could use some bleeding tips. I've just been watching mine and all its little ait buble to flow out... but i really would like a tip.
